Lunch Lessons

Today all of the attorneys went to some training, so the rest of us went to a long lunch and a movie.

Here are a few things I learned today:

1. After finding the perfect spot in a near empty movie theater, a giggly group of girls will inevitably find their way to the seats right behind you. One of which always finding the need to insert their own commentary on the movie...

2. Polynesian Sauce from Chick filet does not taste like BBQ sauce, despite the color resemblance.

3. Movies in the middle of the day are a good thing.

4. Debt can make you lose a really cute almost boyfriend, your job, and your self respect.

5. And finally - guys with accents and a little facial hair are consistently hotter than those without.

We saw Confessions of a Shopaholic. Very cute! And only PG! - you could take mom!

Awesome. Now I want to see it. I agree about the facial hair and accent bit. I always like it when Doug is scruffy looking but he doesn' believe me for some reason... they had a mustache and beard growing contest thing at work a while back and I loved it... I was sad when he shaved.

Wendy, this was a great post! Full of witty comments and pure enjoyment! My favorite lesson would have to be the annoying girls behind you. Although i must admit, I would have been much more rude to them than you were. We would have had to have a little movie etiquette "talk".
